Standard Shipping within Germany: €1.95
Free shipping within Germany for orders over €60
Deliveries within Germany are made via DHL with tracking.
European Union and UK: €3.95

Switzerland and Norway: €4.95
Deliveries within Europe are made via DHL with tracking.

USA: €4.95
Deliveries to the USA are made via DHL with tracking.

Worldwide: €6.95
Deliveries to the rest of the world are made via DHL with tracking.

Delivery Times
​
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery is as follows:

Germany: within 2–4 business days

Europe: within 3–7 business days

USA: within 10–25 business days

Worldwide: within 10–25 business days

All delivery times apply from the receipt of payment. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Returns and Complaints
​
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you return the goods, we will refund the payment we received from you, excluding shipping costs or any additional costs, to the original payment method.

In case of complaints or issues with the product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please email us with the subject “Complaint + Order Number”, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product.

To process your return:

Send us the ShirtUP preferably in its original packaging, if you still have it.

Don't forget to include your order number (it can simply be handwritten).

Write your address on the outside of the package so it doesn’t get lost in case of any shipping issues.

For shipments from outside the European Union*: Don’t forget to fill out the CN22 form and check the “Return” box instead of “Sale of goods.” You can complete the form directly at the post office.

*Important notes for international returns outside the EU,:​

For returns from countries outside the EU, you must include the CN22 or CN23 forms and label the package as "Return" (not "Sale of goods"). We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete customs information, and the package will be returned to the sender.
Issues with Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct, including:

Correction of Address Errors:
If you notice an error in the address after placing your order, please contact us immediately (hi@shirtupmama.com). If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the address.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address details, it will be treated as a return. Once the package is back with us, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method, minus shipping costs. We will notify you once this is done so you can place a new order.

Customs Fees
​
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional taxes, duties, and fees may apply, which are charged by the destination country ("import costs"). These costs usually arise when the package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for paying these costs.
Since we have no control over these charges and they vary by country, we cannot provide exact amounts in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs authority about potential fees before placing your order.
If you refuse a package from ShirtUP mama!, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any return fees. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
