Shipping and delivery information
Preparation and delivery times
We prepare your order for dispatch within 1–2 working days. The delivery times shown in the table start from receipt of payment and already include this preparation time. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
Combined shipping
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
International deliveries
Delivery times are estimates. Deliveries to islands, remote areas or destinations outside the EU may take longer. Customs clearance may also cause delays.
Shipping to the USA
Due to the new customs duties, we are currently unable to offer shipping to the USA.

Hinweise zu Versand und Lieferung
Vorbereitung und Lieferzeiten
Wir bereiten deine Bestellung innerhalb von 1–2 Werktagen für den Versand vor. Die Lieferzeiten in der Tabelle gelten ab Zahlungseingang und beinhalten bereits diese Vorbereitungszeit. An Sonn- und Feiertagen erfolgen keine Zustellungen.
Gemeinsamer Versand
Wenn du Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellst, versenden wir sie zusammen in einer Lieferung, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde. Die Lieferzeit richtet sich dann nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit.
Internationale Lieferungen
Die angegebenen Lieferzeiten sind Richtwerte. Bei Lieferungen auf Inseln, in abgelegene Regionen oder außerhalb der EU kann es zu längeren Laufzeiten kommen. Auch die Zollabfertigung kann die Zustellung verzögern.
Versand in die USA
Aufgrund der neuen Zollabgaben bieten wir derzeit keinen Versand in die USA an.
Returns and Complaints
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you return the goods, we will refund the payment we received from you, excluding shipping costs or any additional costs, to the original payment method.
In case of complaints or issues with the product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please email us with the subject “Complaint + Order Number”, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product.
To process your return:

First, fill out our online withdrawal form to cancel your purchase contract.

Send us the ShirtUP preferably in its original packaging, if you still have it.

Don't forget to include your order number (it can simply be handwritten).

Write your address on the outside of the package so it doesn’t get lost in case of any shipping issues.
IMPORTANT: For returns from outside the European Union: Please complete the CN22 customs form and mark the shipment as “Return”, not “Sale of goods.” You can fill out the form at your local post office. We are not responsible for delays or packages returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete customs information.

Issues with Delivery Address

Correction of Address Errors:
If you notice an error in the address after placing your order, please contact us immediately (hi@shirtupmama.com). If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the address.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address details, it will be treated as a return. Once the package is back with us, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method, minus shipping costs. We will notify you once this is done so you can place a new order.
Customs Fees
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional taxes, duties, and fees may apply, which are charged by the destination country ("import costs"). These costs usually arise when the package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for paying these costs.
Since we have no control over these charges and they vary by country, we cannot provide exact amounts in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs authority about potential fees before placing your order.
If you refuse a package from ShirtUP mama!, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any return fees. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
