Deliveries in Europe are made by letter via Deutsche Post with tracking number.

Deliveries to the USA are made by letter via DHL with tracking number.

Delivery time 10-25 business days

 

Rest of the world: 6,90 €

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered

• Germany within 1-4 business days

Please note that no deliveries are made on sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

You have the right to return the order within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

As a rule, you bear the cost of return shipping. But in case of a complaint or problems with the goods, I will cover the cost of return shipping. 

Send us an email with the subject " claim + order number" and a short description of the problem or a photo of the product and I will send you a return label to print yourself.
